Nothing is decided before we have met the student
Admission at DUAA begins with a free diagnostic session, not a fee quotation. Here is the whole process, in order.

Use the form below, call, or message us on WhatsApp. Every enquiry is read by the academy, not a call centre, and answered within one working day.

Free diagnostic session
A 45-minute session with the student. We assess current standing, the gap to the target, and whether we are the right academy for it. There is no charge and no obligation.

Written plan & parent meeting
You receive a written plan: programme, timeline, weekly commitment, and review checkpoints. We walk parents through it in a separate session.

Seat confirmation
Batches are capped at six. A seat is held for seven days after the plan is shared, then released to the next family in the queue.

Onboarding
Portal access for student and parent, the term schedule, and study materials are issued before the first session.
Practicalities
Fees, dates and documents
- What are the fees?
- Fees vary by programme, batch size, and duration, so we quote only after the diagnostic session — when we know exactly what the student needs. Quotes are itemised in writing with no separate material, test-series, or counselling charges.
- When do batches start?
- Entrance batches follow the exam calendar, typically beginning in June and again in October. Board and international-curriculum support runs with the school year, and counselling can begin any week.
- Can we join mid-year?
- Usually yes, after a diagnostic. If the gap to the running batch is too wide, we will say so and offer a bridging schedule instead of seating the student in the wrong room.
- What do we need to bring?
- For the diagnostic: the student's most recent report card or mock score, and the school's board or specification. Nothing else.
- Are sessions online or in person?
- Primarily in person at Andheri West. Online seats are available for select programmes where the format does not compromise the session.
- Is there a trial period?
- The diagnostic is the trial. If after the first two weeks either side feels the fit is wrong, we release the seat and refund the unused portion of the term.
