DUAA Academy started with counselling sessions held one student at a time, in a city where students are usually counted rather than known.
Aisha Arsh Khan teaches Economics, Business and Media Studies across CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB and A Level specifications, and leads the academy's entrance-preparation tracks for MAH CET, CLAT, MH Law CET, IPMAT, NPAT and FLAME. Alongside subject teaching, she works with students and families on the decisions that surround the syllabus — stream selection after Grade 10, subject combinations for Grade 11, career mapping, and the study habits that hold through an exam season.
Her method is consistent across every programme: understand the student before prescribing the plan, write the plan down, and review it out loud with the family at fixed checkpoints. She conducts every diagnostic session and every parent debrief personally.
The academy has grown only as far as that standard allows. Batches are capped at six. When a batch fills, the next family joins the following cohort rather than a larger room.

The student is asked first
Before any programme is recommended, we sit with the student alone. Parents are brought in second, deliberately.
Nothing verbal stays verbal
Plans, targets, and reviews are written down and shared. A promise you cannot re-read is not a promise.
Small on purpose
We turn students away when a batch is full rather than add a seventh chair. Growth never comes at the cost of attention.
Honest about fit
If a student would be better served elsewhere, we say so at the diagnostic — not three months into a fee cycle.
